(AGT) (OTCBB: AGWT) announced today that the company has been competitively chosen to participate in the National Institutes of Health Commercialization Assistance Program (NIH-CAP) to help bring additional applications of its patented plasma technology to market. Now in its fourth year, the program is designed to assist some of the most promising life science companies nationwide to commercialize their technologies. NIH-CAP is managed and executed by the Larta Institute and funded by the NIH.

Only a select number of NIH SBIR Phase II grantees will participate over the next several months in the program comprised of training workshops, individual mentoring and consulting sessions, and public forums in which companies present their technologies to the investment community, potential strategic partners and licensees.
